A listening ear, clear perspective, and wholehearted support to help you move forward with confidence.
— About Me

Hi, I’m Adrián.

I was born on February 29th and that has always made for a great conversation starter — technically, I’m much younger than I look.

I was born and raised in Asunción, Paraguay. My personal story has been shaped both by a faith-centered family upbringing and by early experiences of change and disruption. My parents’ divorce, when I was 18,became a turning point that confronted me with uncertainty and taught me resilience and inner strength through seasons of transition.

I trained as a lawyer and worked across very different environments, from the creative world of marketing agencies to the healthcare, hospital, and insurance sectors. Those experiences taught me how to navigate difficult conversations, negotiate under pressure, negotiate under pressure, and make complex decisions where things are rarely black and white.

My life took a meaningful turn when I moved to Berlin with my wife, Cristi, a Paraguayan diplomat. Living in such a large, multicultural, and contrasting city pushed me to slow down and reflect deeply on who I am, what I value, and how I can best serve others.

Today, Cristi and I also have the privilege of being Max’s parents— an experience that has transformed the way I see the world in even deeper ways.

In Berlin, I became part of the leadership team at Mosaik Berlin, where I also coordinated the Soul Care ministry and had the opportunity to support people through moments of crisis, transition, and personal challenge. In recent years, I further trained in Europe as an Executive Coach through EEC, an ICF-accredited coaching school, and as a Gospel Coach through City to City Europe.

My mission is to support people in becoming the best version of themselves and living a life aligned with their purpose and goals.

I believe that, at some point in life, we all face difficult seasons. And I am convinced that even in the midst of challenge, there is still much we can do.

I believe change is possible and that each of us has a genuine capacity to take action and build a more fulfilling life aligned with what we truly value.
